How to make a call from the UI using a specific line

When you want to use a specific telephone line (a specific gateway) to make a call to an external number, simply select the desired line from the list of lines available at the bottom of the call panel of the VOIspeed UI.

To select the line just click on the star corresponding to the relevant gateway you want to use

At this point, simply continue with making the call from the UI by entering the number in the numbering panel or by selecting the contact in the address book.

NOTE: the ability to select the lines is subject to the activation of the specific permission of your profile in the PBX, “gateway choice”.
