How to manage the forwarding status of your UI

By using forwarding, you can forward calls arriving at your extension to another extension of the PBX, an external number or your mobile phone (for more information,  see the Call Actions page).

The forwarding status is signaled by the GUI to the user as shown in the image on the side.
In this state it will not be possible to make calls from the GUI and the terminals associated with the user will not ring in the event of an incoming call; instead, the destination indicated by the message on the UI will ring (in the example, the number 329329329329 will ring.
However, it is possible to continue to use the terminals to make outgoing calls

The forwarding user will always appear free for other users, since it is not possible to trace the status of the forwarding destination.
