How Can We Help?

How to view the list of all missed activity notifications on your UI – Notification Center

In this article we will see how to recover the list of all the missed notifications of your UI; the UI has numerous features that help in corporate communication and for each of them, in addition to recording the activity performed, it takes care of notifying any lost actions.

The notification center is a panel that opens on the side of the UI by clicking on the appropriate icon which also has a label containing the updated number of new notifications not yet deleted or managed. If there are new notifications to display, the icon lights up and flashes.

In particular, the notification center panel is divided into 2 distinct sections, NOTIFICATIONS and TODAY. Let’s see them separately:

NOTIFICATIONS

In this section it will be possible to view:

◦ overdue call reminders

◦ missed calls

◦ new unread chat messages

voicemail messages not yet listened to

The messages in this section are clickable and allow you to recover the lost action by opening the relevant section in your UI; in particular with regard to missed reminders, clicking on the notification will open a dialog box to manage the overdue activity (see: How to create and manage a call reminder).

Notifications are grouped by category; it is therefore possible to delete the single notification or the group of notifications by category by acting on the relative x.

TODAY

This section will contain the list, in chronological order of expiration, of the telephone activities scheduled on all the user’s contacts, for today.

If there are no scheduled events, or if all scheduled events have been executed, postponed or canceled, the following message will be displayed: “You have no scheduled events for today”.

The x at the top allows you to close the notification panel.
