Omnia Web 8 SIA integration (UI VOIspeed UCloud)

The integration between VOIspeed UCloud and Omnia web 8 allows you to take advantage of several additional features that aim to improve the user experience.
The first additional feature is Click to call.

The click to call within Omnia web 8 allows you to:

  • start a phone call directly from the Omnia Web 8 customer card with a simple click of the mouse
  • also have the telephone numbers of connected entities available, such as the vendor to whom the customer is assigned

In addition to the click to call, the integration between VOIspeed UCloud and Omnia Web 8 also provides the Call Popup.

the Call Popup allows you to:

  • display, upon arrival of a call, a popup with the customer number, with the possibility of opening the relevant data sheet
  • if the caller’s number is not registered in Omnia web 8, you can search the registry and quickly store the telephone number, thus updating your database

Call Notes

  • during a phone call it is proposed to store a note relating to the conversation and, if necessary, an appointment can be created in the diary
