How Can We Help?

Make a call

The forwarding of a call can take place in two ways: supervised or blind. The difference between the two methods consists in the fact that in the first the recipient is called and a response is awaited; in the second, the forwarding is done without hearing the interlocutor (precisely blindly).

To carry out a forwarding with supervision, with the current call active, call the forwarding recipient: by doing this, the current call automatically goes on hold (yellow box) above the new call. At this point, simply click with the left mouse button inside the box of one of the two calls (without clicking the buttons) and, holding down, drag it (drag & drop) over the other. If desired, you can manually put the first call on hold before making the second. In both cases, a box will appear containing three radio buttons. attesa e seconda chiamata

To carry out a blind forwarding (unsupervised), simply drag and drop the active call over the forwarding recipient user. To perform a quick search of the user, it is also possible to type their name or surname in the search bar above the users panel.
